By Lee Daley. Update: Date night Winemaker Dinners to go: Executive Chef, Joseph Paire of Berkeley’s Limewood Restaurant, in partnership with leading winemakers, will present a series of unmatched 4-course wine-paired dinners for two to-go. Each winemaker dinner will begin with a 30-minute Zoom session featuring  Chef Paire and a regional celebrity Winemaker. These Limewood Restaurant chef-designed date nights have been so successful, two more will follow. Right now, two new date night dinners to go have been scheduled for February 26 and March 12.

Executive Chef Paire brings more than 20 years of fine dining experience to his new post at Limewood Bar & Restaurant. He’s cut his culinary chops most recently as Executive Chef at The Southern Gentleman in Atlanta and boasts an appearance on Guy Fieri’s Food Network Cooking Competition. Known as the Poetic Chef, Paire brings a California-D.C.-Southern spin to the refreshed Limewood menu.
